Workspace

How many clicks does your morning take before you can work?

Open Outlook. Find Teams. The ticket system somewhere among twenty tabs. By the time everything is open, the first quarter of an hour is gone.

Web app tiles are free

Half the workday lives in the browser

Programs used to be programs: an icon on the desktop, a double-click, done.

Today tickets, timesheets, leave requests and half the ERP are web pages. They have no icon. They sit in a bookmark folder somewhere — or in a tab you have to find again every morning.

That leaves a workspace in two halves: one you launch, one you go looking for.

One tile, one window

01
Take the address

Right-click the dashboard and choose “Add web app” — or press Ctrl+V if the address is already in your clipboard.

02
Pick browser and window

Chrome, Edge, Firefox or whatever else is installed. In Chrome and Edge also as a separate window without an address bar.

03
Done

The page's own icon becomes the tile image. The tile looks like a program and starts like one.

Local programs and web apps start together

A multistart tile opens several tiles at once. Whether there is a program on your disk or an address on the network behind them makes no difference.

So “Outlook, Teams, Jira and the ERP” becomes a single tile. Celerando creates one during first-time setup — it is called “Start workspace”.

One click instead of hunting down five windows.

For admins: hand a department its tile set

A dashboard can be exported as a file and read back in on other machines. Set up a department's working environment once, then pass it on.

This is a file, not a central rollout: no group policy, no Intune. A department's tile set does not fit into the five tiles of the Free edition — it starts to make sense from Pro.

What each edition includes

Free

Web app tiles in your default browser. Up to 5 tiles in total, 10 with email registration (Free+).

Pro

Free choice of browser, app window without an address bar, private window. Unlimited tiles.

Business

Like Pro — the remaining differences are in dictation, translator and QuickShare.

Team

Like Business, on up to 3 workstations with one code.

One click instead of five

Programs and web apps sit side by side, look the same and start together.

The tile itself is free. Browser choice, app window and private window are included from Pro.

Frequently asked questions

Does the page really open without an address bar?

In Chrome, Edge and other Chromium browsers, yes. Firefox has no such mode and opens a normal window instead.

Where does the tile image come from?

Straight from the website. Celerando fetches the page's own icon and stores it locally — no third-party favicon service is asked. If you would rather not, switch it off in the editor and pick your own icon.

What happens when my licence expires?

The tile keeps working and opens the page in your default browser. Your settings stay stored and take effect again once the licence is renewed.

Do I need administrator rights?

No. Celerando installs into your user profile and starts the browsers that are on the machine anyway.

Can I pass my tile set on to colleagues?

Yes. The dashboard can be exported as a file and read back in on another machine.
